Robert Botta

Robert commenced his Ph.D. studies in August 2018 with Ed Camp and Frank Asche as co-chairs. Robert will study governance systems for oysters and how they influence which production technologies are being used as well as which markets being served.

Oscar is a Ph.D. student working with Gerrit Hoogenboomon on spatial data, modeling, and GIS. 


Yingkai Fang

Yingkai started her Ph.D. studies in August 2016 with Frank Asche. Her research involves international seafood trade measures, seafood ecolabels etc.

Patricia Moreno Cadena

Patricia began work as a graduate student with Gerrit Hoogenboom and Senthold Asseng in August, 2016. Her research involves the development of an intercropping model of cassava and maize as part of a joint project with IITA and CIAT.

Omer Vanli

Omer is a graduate student visiting from Turkey. He arrived in August 2017 to work with Gerrit Hoogenboom. He is working with the CRAFT toolbox and DSSAT on wheat. He plans to study genetic coefficient determination and the effects of climate change on crops upon his return to Turkey. He hopes to train others on the CRAFT toolbox.
